Mid-March Update
Hey again!
It’s been a challenging first 2 (and a bit) weeks of March but I’ve managed to get so much more done that I thought I would. The planning and organisation for the 100 Days and it’s prep days took a while, but it’s all now at a stage where all my ideas and things I want to get done have been captured and sorted. I’ve started paying close attention to this type of management while listening to David Allen’s book “Getting Things Done: The Art of Stress-Free Productivity”, which goes into depth about the importance of using management systems to organise your life.
If you’re curious about how I’m doing this, I am using an app called Notion (https://www.notion.so/). It’s extremely powerful and useful for all types of planning and management, whether it be personal, lifestyle, fitness or project related. I highly recommend it.

Here is what I’ve completed so far as the 100 Days Challenge preparation continues:
– Learned how to edit and apply basic motion graphics in Premiere Pro
– Learned best export settings for YouTube & Instagram, saved presets
– Designed YouTube video thumbnail template I can re-use
– Tested said thumbnail on ThumbsUp.tv
– Painted a study and screen recorded it (original painting by Mike Hernandez @squatchgouache)
– Edited the footage for Youtube, re-edited / exported for Instagram
– Uploaded the videos to YouTube, Instagram & ArtStation
– Create YouTube description box template for re-use
– Set up YouTube channel management system on Notion app
