For 28 days in February 2026, we’re aiming to focus on consistent health and fitness habits. Its up to you what your top health and fitness habits are, but the goal is simple: show up daily, do what you can each day, and track it!
Keep the habits simple enough that you can do them even on a low-energy day, but effective enough to add up over the course of an entire month.
Here are some example goals you can mix and match.
