March Warmup Challenge: Quick Update (#2)
2/3rds of the way through March now, the challenge start date is fast approaching.
In the past 10 days of March warm-up Ive made progress setting up for the challenge. I finally got around to sorting out/cleaning up some past projects and repositories, and setup the repos for the projects I’ll be working on for the challenge. Getting past projects organised is important since theyre all resources and past work I’ll be drawing on for future projects, so having them scattered around isnt ideal.
Ive had some progress with a mini multiplayer game project too, which has been a lot of learning for me since network coding isnt an area Ive worked in much before – but will be important for upcoming projects. Ive also worked on improving skills for the upcoming Ludum Dare, taking place early in the challenge (late April) and did some initial work getting a title render together (see WIP below). Additionally Ive been dealing with some issues with this blog – which is proving to be tricky!

10 days until April, Ive got some final setup to get done, and then on to the challenge!

My brain stopped at “10 days until April”…!! Oh my goodness Alex!!! We’ve only got 10 days!
